PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

 

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Standard shipping is $4.90, and shipping is FREE on all orders over $55. Estimated delivery is 3-4 business days after your order ships.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Delivery times vary by location and customs processing. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at sales@succesus.com.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us right away at sales@succesus.com and we'll do our best to help.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
